I’m a Senior Digital Product Manager and SAFe Product Owner with 20+ years of experience across enterprise IT, digital platforms, and large-scale service management solutions.

My background combines product management, enterprise architecture, and Agile leadership, with a strong focus on building scalable digital platforms that deliver measurable business value in complex global organizations.

At Ericsson I currently own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for the Enterprise Service Management Platform, balancing business priorities with technical sustainability, integrations, architecture, and total cost of ownership.

My experience spans Product strategy & roadmap ownership, Enterprise Service Management Platforms, SAFe Product Ownership, Release Train Engineering, Enterprise architecture & integrations, Agile transformation at scale, Vendor & supplier collaboration, IT4IT and service operations, and AI and agentic transformation.

I’ve led cross-functional teams and planning across large enterprise environments, facilitating PI Planning and aligning delivery across multiple teams while driving platform evolution used by thousands of users globally.

The initiative streamlined ticket handling, increased operational visibility and strengthened collaboration by introducing a more intuitive ITSM experience on top of the existing BMC Remedy platform.
